Faux Wood-Look Composite

Faux wood composite cladding and overlay materials are molded from real wood pieces to reproduce the natural texture and grain patterns of the species they emulate. Choose from Clear Cypress, Pecky Cypress or Mahogany in several paint and stain colors for a look that is distinctly yours.

Design Customization

A Chevron door is a statement-maker. The cladding pieces are cut at a 45-degree angle and fit together at a point creating a zigzag pattern made of “V”s.

Fifteen designs with optional windows and decorative hardware come in 4 different patterns. Available primed, painted or stained in 8 standard finishes. ColorBlast® custom paint colors also offered in 1,500 shades.

Insulation

2″ Intellicore® polyurethane foam insulation with a thermal break delivers a 20.4 R-value for year-round comfort.

Clopay’s Intellicore is a proprietary polyurethane foam that is injected into a garage door, expanding to fill the entire structure. Rust-Prevention System: Steel skins are protected with a tough, multi-layer coating system, including hot-dipped galvanizing, a protective metal oxide pretreatment, then a baked-on primer and top coat.
Replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in a rust-resistant aluminum retainer helps keep out air and water.
A patented Safe-T-Bracket® prevents serious injury that could occur if the bottom bracket were removed with the garage door closed and under tension
All Intellicore® insulated doors come standard with 10-ball nylon rollers and heavy-duty 14-gauge steel hinges.
Product complies with 2015 IECC air infiltration requirement of 0.40 cfm/ft2 or less (IECC, Section C402.5.2)
