*Due to LRV requirements, the Coachman CANNOT be painted dark colors. Doing so will void the warranty. Please see Canyon Ridge® Elements for dark color options.

Insulation

Insulation options include 2″ Intellicore^® polyurethane, 2″ polystyrene or 1-3/8″ polystyrene insulation. The R-values of these garage doors range from 6.5 to 18.4

Clopay’s Intellicore is a proprietary polyurethane foam that is injected into a garage door, expanding to fill the entire structure. The result is a door with incredible strength, energy efficiency, and durability.

Additional Features

Rust-Prevention System: Steel skins are protected with a tough, multi-layer coating system, including hot-dipped galvanizing, a protective metal oxide pretreatment, then a baked-on primer and top coat.
Replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in a rust-resistant aluminum retainer helps keep out air and water.
A patented Safe-T-Bracket® prevents serious injury that could occur if the bottom bracket were removed with the garage door closed and under tension
All Intellicore® insulated doors come standard with 10-ball nylon rollers and heavy-duty 14-gauge steel hinges.
Product complies with 2015 IECC air infiltration requirement of 0.40 cfm/ft2 or less (IECC, Section C402.5.2)

The Gallery ® Steel three-layer construction provides exceptional strength, energy efficiency and dent resistance as well as a beautiful carriage house appearance. The 2″ or 1-3/8″ thickness of Intellicore® polyurethane or bonded polystyrene insulation and thermal break makes these doors heat and cold resistant while the tongue-and-groove joint helps seal out wind, rain and snow. Available in short and long panels with multiple window options, the three-layer Gallery ® Steel is virtually maintenance-free, so the first fabulous impression becomes a lasting impression.
